OMG!  How is it the weekends already?  Where did all of the other days go?  This week was so busy between work stuff and my kids' school activities.  Everyone was trying to cram in everything this week and so I hardly had time to breathe.  The other day, I was so exhausted after taking my kids to one of their school events, I just passed out on the floor from exhaustion and woke up at 3am.  I skipped dinner and everything else.  But I still got my email out.  LOL.  

That's how it is running your own business.  You cannot make excuses for not doing a task.  Especially one as important as communicating to your community.  There is nothing as effective as accountability.  Having to be accountable for my Digital Divas peeps, I cannot let them down.  

Last week in a mastermind group, I publicly shared that my focus for 2022 is scaling.  And I will definitely be doing a lot of things out of my comfort zone.  I also made a pledge to take all of you with you and I am determined to get as many of you to start and get to the finish lines with your goals by the end of 2022.  So everyday, I have special plans to help you get motivated, productive, and encouraged.  And if you follow along, I promise that you will be further ahead by the end of 2022 than at the beginning of the year.  I can make this promise because I am teaching and sharing exactly what I am doing myself. 

Take 2021 for example.  I had goals set out at the beginning of this year.  And about 2 weeks ago, I wasn't very confident that I was going to be able to finish all of them.  I was absolutely overwhelmed and exhausted from a very busy year of lots of new opportunities and being overly committed. But never once did I beat myself up for not doing enough.  Because I know that I am doing the best that I can with what resources that I have and the amount of time that I have to squeeze in everything. 

So for those of you who feel like you haven't done much this year.  I encourage you to look back on where you were at January 2021 and where you are at now.  Make a list of all of the things that you have gotten started this year.  Even if you did not have enough time to finish them.  At least you took the initiative to get started.
