Shipping policy

DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING THAT WE CAN TO ENSURE THAT OUR EMPLOYEES ARE SAFE.  Work Stations are cleaned throughly after every shift.  Everyone here is practicing social distancing and wearing masks and gloves at all times. And because we are dealing with a lot of daily changes in government regulations and health updates, processing and shipping time might be slower than normal.  We guarantee that you will receive a package!  We thank you for your patience and understanding during this historical time. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Most of our items are Instant Download, meaning that as soon as you finish checking out and your payment is cleared, you will receive an email for a link for you to download.  You can also log into your account on our website and all of your digital products will be available all in one place.  Your file is available forever in your account purchases area.  But we advise that you download your purchase within 30 days after your purchase.  

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: 

All of our products are handmade and we do not mass produce anything.  Orders are processed within 24 hours of when you placed your order.  Making time and handling time is between 3-10 days.  And during holidays and busy seasons, it can be between 5-14 days.  Shipping time is usually 10 days after the making time for USA and International shipping time is about 14 days on average.  Delivery time will vary base on where you live.  We deliver worldwide.  So for USA, Delivery is usually 1-3 weeks from when you place your order.  And International Delivery Time is usually 2-4 weeks from when you place your order.  And all packages are subject to customs in the destination country.  There is no way around this.  And we cannot control customs inspection time. 

USA- 30 days AFTER ship date of a no show package, please contact us, and we can help you locate your package.  If your package is lost, we can help you get a replacement package.  

INTERNATIONAL- 60 days AFTER ship date of a no show package, please contact us, and we can help you locate your package.  If your package is lost, we can help you get a replacement package.  

EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE IF YOU PURCHASE IT UPON CHECKOUT. 

USA expedited shipping is about 3-10 days.  And International expedited shipping service is about 5-15 days.  And all packages are subject to customs inspections.  The cost of expedited shipping service is about $30-$40 per item for USA & International packages.  It is expensive but if you need the item in a rush, that is the cost.  We do not make money off the shipping.  We charge what the post office charges. 

If you do not purchase expedited shipping service and wants to change it later, this cannot be done.  So please select expedited shipping service upon checkout.  We cannot make changes to the order 24 hours after your order is placed.  

*We cannot be responsible if customs hold your packages for inspections.  Unfortunately, customs in all countries do not let us know if your package is being held for inspection.  We cannot control this.  And they do not have a phone number, no email, and no other point of contact for us to get a hold of someone either.  So how do we know if a package is being held by customs for inspections?  We have been in business for over 10 years.  Out of thousands of packages, we have only had 3 lost packages, and about 30 packages held in customs for inspection for a long period of time.  But the great news is that, 90% of those packages are usually released within 60 days.  In the rare occasions that your package cannot be retrieved after 60 days, we can contact the insurance company to see if they can cover you and then we can ship you a replacement package.  It is done on a case by case notice and this is approved by the 3rd party insurance company from the shipping servicer.  Not by us.  So we have to follow their policies.  90% of the packages that were delayed due to customs has also been in Italy, France, Australia, Romania, Brazil, and Japan.  

If you are worried that your package might be delayed because you live in one of the countries mentioned above, we advise that you purchase expedited shipping services.  This will help the movement of your package tremendously.  We have notice that expedited shipping packages are less often held for long periods of time in customs.  We cannot promise that this will not happen, because we do not control international customs departments.  But in our experience, it has shown to be less likely a scenario. 

Please inspect your package upon receipt and let us know if there is a problem immediately so that we can help if we can.  I

DAMAGES: If you receive a package that is damaged.  Please take lots of pictures so that we can have that as proof for the insurance company and the shipping company to help you retrieve compensation. A replacement will be sent out if available.  But you will have to send the damaged package back to us.  We will provide you with a return address for returning items.  This is the cut down on abuse of our policy and the shipping company's policy.  

All packages are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped so we know the contents cannot be damaged before it went into the hands of the shipping company.  

In the many years that we have been in business, we have had only a handful of damaged claims and it was all due to mishandling on the shipping companies.  We were able to help 99% of those customers get compensated and we were able to send out replacements on all of those claims.  The 1% that we couldn't help get compensated was because the customer didn't want to follow the insurance and shipping companies policies.  They didn't want to send the damaged package back to get a replacement, they wanted to keep both.  And that is against the policies.  Another issue was the customer didn't want to wait for the insurance company to finish processing the claims, so they cancelled the claims process and just placed another order.  And one time we had a customer who did not want to provide the needed documents and proof for the insurance to finish filing the claims.  So as you can see, if the policies and processes were followed correctly, the insurance company is usually able to help the customer with getting compensation and sending out a replacement product.
