Gosh, I have been non stop back to back busy since Jan 1st.  I thought that after the holidays that I would have some time to breathe and catch my breath.  But nope!  There are steam coming out of my ears. Mostly good things and excitement for new adventures and possibilities.  The only one setback is dealing with people.  Everyone has their needs and wants and it’s hard to keep everyone happy and still be kind to myself too.  That is the reality of managing a team and the signs of a growing business.  
If these experiences doesn’t resonate with you because you are just starting out and have no employees, then your goals are not big enough.  When you start out your business, you Should also be planning for growth.  That is the goal of any business is to make money.  And you cannot make more money if you are not growing.  If your journey doesn’t scare you then your adventures isn’t grand enough.  Honestly, I know I talk a lot about being up to my ears in work, family, and life.  But I would not change any part of it.  Because I am having the time of my life.  There are bad stress and good ones, and I am definitely experiencing more good stress than bad ones. 
I have had one hell of a week though.  I have been up until 3 and 4 am every day this week just to squeeze in enough time for work.  And still I have had to put some less priority tasks on the “get back to it later” pile.  I am not trying to procrastinate but I have to prioritize the tasks that are the most immediate because of it’s importance to my financial goals. 
The tasks that usually make my priority list are the ones that either make me money or make me loose money.  For example, my kids had a few health emergencies this week.  And upon them needing medical care, I had to use my health insurance.  But upon needing that information, I found that my insurance hasn’t mail out my most current health cards and info.  And upon tapping into my resources, I found that they didn’t have the right files on file for my family.  So our coverage was locked.  We had no access to it and hence we had no coverage.  So I had to fix this which took several hours talking to multiple reps on the phone.  That was totally unexpected.  
To top that off, my computer decided to run on snail juice this week.  It wasn’t my internet or my computer.  I am suspicious that the snail speed was caused by a few apps and maybe Adobe photoshop.  So this weekend, i need to do a decluttering of my computer softwares.  Hopefully this will help to speed up my computer a little.  Because it took me over an hour and 30min to send a quick email this morning.  I have been trying to work on my phone and iPads.  Which is not Ideal for running an online business.  Anyways, I am so exhausted 🥱 and I cannot wait to sleep in on the weekend (The best part).
