Your active affiliates will receive transactional emails from your system automatically. Most systems have messages already set up that you can edit and tweak to fit your needs. It’s important to go through and modify them to help you sell even more. Especially when it comes to commission notifications. After all, anything that mentions money in their account is going to make them want to open the message. Might as well take advantage of that fact.
When They Make One Sale, They Can Do It Again
If an affiliate manages to make a sale, it’s likely they can do it again. That commission notification you send out is very generic as is from the system you use. Change the Subject Line

Maybe They Need a Fun and Motivating Quote
You can also add other things to the message such as a fun and motivating quote to help encourage them to keep going. You can also add a marketing tip, remind them about more resources you offer to help them, and tips like that.
Give Them a Link to More Training
Most affiliates can use more training. Your super affiliates probably have it together but why not give your others a chance to gain that status. It’s a fulfilling thing to teach someone to make a lot of money. If you’ve created training, remind them of it in some of these messages.
Telling them what to do next in order to make more money is the best thing you can do with these messages. They’re going to check them because they made money, and it’s going to make them feel good when they see it. That good feeling will translate into action if you tell them exactly what to do after congratulating them.
